How It Works:

1. We kick things off with a deep dive into your current situation (usually takes 2-3 hours)
2. Set up your systems and processes - usually done in the first two weeks
3. Monthly check-ins to keep you on track and adjust as needed
4. Available via Slack/email when urgent stuff comes up

If you're building anything remotely technical in Canada, you're probably eligible for SR&ED credits. Most companies leave tens of thousands on the table because the process is confusing as hell. We've gotten really good at this.

What You Get Back:

Depends on your size and where you are, but typically you're looking at 15-35% of eligible expenses. For a small company spending $500K on R&D, that's $75K-$175K back in your pocket.

Our Process:

1. Initial assessment call - we figure out if you qualify and how much you might get
2. Documentation gathering - we'll work with your dev team to document everything properly
3. Technical narrative writing - this is where most DIY claims fall apart, we handle it
4. Financial calculation and form prep - all the annoying CRA paperwork
5. File and follow up - we deal with the CRA, not you
6. Review support if they have questions (happens sometimes, no big deal)

We're platform-agnostic but usually recommend Xero or QuickBooks Online for most startups. Then we layer on tools like Dext for receipts, Stripe for payments, and custom integrations with your existing tools.

Implementation Timeline:

1. Week 1: Platform setup, bank connections, historical data migration
2. Week 2: Automation rules, integrations with your tools (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
3. Week 3: Team training, final testing, go-live
4. Ongoing: Monthly reconciliation, catch anything weird, keep you compliant
