Pioneering Financial Solutions for Tomorrow's Enterprises
Look, we started Valorynth Frontier because frankly, we were tired of watching brilliant tech founders getting buried under spreadsheets when they should've been building the next big thing. Back in 2018, our founding team was sitting in a cramped WeWork space helping a friend navigate their Series A, and it hit us - there's gotta be a better way to do this.
We've been through the startup grind ourselves. We know what it's like when you're scrambling to get your SR&ED claims filed while simultaneously trying to close a funding round and keep your burn rate under control. That chaos? That's where we thrive.
These days, we're based right here in downtown Vancouver, working with founders and innovators who are building companies that actually matter. We're not interested in just filing your taxes and calling it a day - we want to be in the trenches with you, helping you make smart financial decisions that'll actually move the needle.
Our team's grown to include folks who've worked everywhere from Big Four firms to scrappy accelerators. What we all have in common? We genuinely get excited about helping tech companies succeed. Yeah, we're accounting nerds like that.
"We don't do cookie-cutter solutions. Every startup's journey is different, and that's exactly how we approach each client - like you're the only company that matters."
Q1 2018
Started with three laptops, a dream, and way too much coffee. Signed our first two clients - both AI startups who took a chance on us.
Q3 2019
Hit 25 clients and realized we needed actual office space. Hired our first two team members - both turned out to be absolute rockstars who are still with us today.
Q2 2020
You know what happened. Went fully remote overnight, helped dozens of clients navigate CEBA and government programs. Built out our cloud infrastructure properly - should've done it sooner, honestly.
Q1 2022
Doubled down on our SR&ED practice. Brought in specialists who've filed hundreds of claims. Started seeing clients get 6-figure refunds regularly - that never gets old.
Q4 2024
Moved into our new space on West Pender. Team's at 15 people now. Launched our cross-border tax practice for clients expanding into the US.
Current
Working with 200+ tech companies across BC. Building out our AI automation tools. Still figuring it out day by day, just like you.
Yeah, we've got the fancy letters after our names. But more importantly, we know how to actually use this stuff in the real world.

No corporate jargon here. Just the stuff that actually matters to us when we show up every day.
We'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you wanna hear. If your burn rate's outta control, we're gonna have that conversation. But we'll help you fix it too - that's the deal.
When you need numbers for a board meeting or investor call, you need 'em yesterday. We get that. Our response time's measured in hours, not days.
Look, we're invested in your success. When you close a round, we're celebrating. When things get tough, we're problem-solving right alongside you. That's not a marketing line - that's just how we work.
We're not stuck in the spreadsheet era. We use the same tools you do - Slack, Notion, cloud accounting platforms. If there's software that makes things easier, we're probably already testing it.
Seriously, we get way too excited about automation. It's kinda embarrassing.
Half our team's worked at startups before joining us. We've been through the pivots, the late nights, the "oh crap" moments. We're not just advisors - we're people who've lived it.
We're not chasing quick wins. We want to be your accounting partner from pre-seed through exit. Some of our first clients from 2018? Still with us today, and that's exactly how we like it.
Whether you're just getting started or scaling fast, we'd love to hear what you're building. No sales pitch, just a real conversation about whether we're a good fit.
